Received an immediate response for a date and time but rescheduled for the next day to fit my schedule. We made the right decision and was not disappointed. He was on time as scheduled. The outside and inside inspection went smoothly and professional. No issues were found and he explained what and where he would be inspecting along with going over the inspection when completed. And what impressed us the most is he put on booties when he entered our home for that part of the inspection as we remove our shoes in our home.
