Love Roka, they're always so professional and friendly and get the job done. They're also one of the only companies I can find that do a one time spray without signing a contract. When your in a bind this company is the one to call. They came right out and took care of the problem and made sure to look elsewhere. We had ants all over our kitchen and wanted someone who can help us soon. I contacted many companies but Roka was the only one who was very thorough explaining and available. It was a good decision. Needed an inspection report for our cash out refinance at escrow. Contacted Roka Pest Management based on the reviews written. Received an immediate response for a date and time but rescheduled for the next day to fit my schedule. We made the right decision and was not disappointed. He was on time as scheduled. The outside and inside inspection went smoothly and professional. No issues were found and he explained what and where he would be inspecting along with going over the inspection when completed. And what impressed us the most is he put on booties when he entered our home for that part of the inspection as we remove our shoes in our home. May be a small thing but it was a show of respect for us. We have his business card and will definitely utilize his services again when we need it. We had rodents in our attic and garage. Elias did a very thorough inspection before giving us an estimate - which was much lower than his competitors. He sealed all of the openings on our roof and in the garage and gave us a one-year warranty. This was cheaper and more effective than simply setting traps and bait stations.
